New Zealand-based company Instinct has created a mobile version of Wikipedia for mobile devices, currently available as a beta website. With over 1,025,291 entries it’s got pretty much everything users could want to know about, from mercantilism to New Zealand history to Fraggle Rock."

I'm a bit skeptical of these since I could make an entry for brain surgery techniques and by the way I'm no brain surgeon. Like any other article on Wikiped. I wouldn't use it as the authoritative source in anything but a pub discussion, really...

Having said that, the Wikipedia covers a lot of things, and some are actually very good.
