WIRELESS MOBILE TRAINER – San Francisco (Metro), CA territory
Mosaic is an industry leader and rapidly growing national field marketing company specializing in developing and executing field marketing events, sales/merchandising services and retail promotions for Fortune 500 clients.
We are currently seeking highly driven, professional individuals who are interested in working 31 hours per week as part-time Wireless Mobile Trainers. In this role, you will be responsible for performing in-store informal/formal training on products running on our client’s Mobile operating system (Pocket PC Phone Edition, and Smartphone). In this position you will make weekly visits to the approx 36-38 mobile and Big Box stores in your area over a two week round and conduct informal training with some team selling assists, one-on-one training, and classroom style training.
This position will also include Special Events: symposiums, product launches, corp. HQ training, and some special requests from the client to partner with them on occasion.
This dynamic training position will allow you to offer attractive and impartial solutions to RSP’s that result in a positive customer experience. For you to be successful in this position, you must possess a great personality, a natural ability to proactively engage RSP’s, managers of all levels: Data, Store, District and Regional, and the determination to overcome objections in order to effectively drive these candidates to succeed by becoming certified at the client’s training site. You will also need to be a quick learner of a large amount of product and service knowledge and committed to staying current on changing products, services, and promotions. Your ability to build relationships and maintain strong partnerships with store personnel is key in achieving the goals of this program.

Technical Requirements
• Advanced knowledge of PDA and Cellular technology as well as related technologies (i.e. WiFi, Bluetooth, etc).
• 24 hour/7 days a week computer access
• Strong computer skills in the internet, email and Microsoft Office Suite
