Looking for Mini SD Slide-In Adapter

Anyone know where I can find this little bugger? I've lost mine and would like to get ahold of this little piece of plastic that the mini-SD card slides into to make it compatible with a regular SD slot.

Look on EBay I'm sure you'll find a few. Ya might even want to pickup an adapter AND 128 card for around $15 shipped.
