For those of you who need to decode the Snowtam codes in your METAR well here you go. If you aren't a pilot you may have no idea what I am talking about. I believe these codes are only used in Europe. I have never seen them on US METAR reports. Of course I spend most of my time flying on the west coast. :D

Pretty cool.

While it's not just for SmartPhones, Dan Checkoway (experimental aircraft builder/flyer) has put together some WAP pages for weather or N-Number lookup:
