For the three months to 31 December 2005, the company realised revenues of TWD27.53bn ($862.32m), well up on the previous quarter's TWD16.56bn ($518.71m). Then, HTC reported a net income of TWD2.78bn ($87.08m) before tax - for Q4, the figure had risen 84.5 per cent to TWD5.13bn ($160.69m)."</i><br /><br /><img src="http://www.smartphonethoughts.com/images/HTC.jpg" alt="User submitted image" title="User submitted image"/> <br /><br />HTC has released the 2005 Q4 <a href="http://www.htc.com.tw/news/index.html">earnings report.</a> It shows that total revenues for the year 2005 totaled NT$ 72,775 million and year-on-year growth was 99.95%. 8O Way to go HTC. I am sure everyone will agree with me, when I say that 2006 will be an even more spectacular year for HTC. They will be launching 3G devices and the much awaited flip Smartphone, the Star Track, this year.

99.95%? Aww come on, why don't they just round it up to a nice 100%? :)

Good job HTC! Now that you've established a strong base as an innovator and producer of quality gear, follow the lead of Samsung and hire a few designers.

I am very pleased with my 2125 from HTC. It is well made and packed with features in a compact package. And the hump is not an issue, but I'd really like to see HTC create a "wow" product- one with features and a design that turns heads. If Moto (of all companies) can do it, HTC can.

I'm impressed with both HTC's I have owned. The 5600 and 2125 both impressed me. It is no surprise they are doing so well.
