I can listen when other people who've held it tell me how super thin it is. But I'm a touchy-feely kind of guy. I need to hold it in my hands to actually know the size. So I made a little carton that represents the size of the MotoQ and slapped some promo shots on it. Ahhhhh....feel the thinness."</i><br /><br /> <img src="http://www.smartphonethoughts.com/images/Kris-Jan06-motoQcutout.jpg" alt="User submitted image" title="User submitted image"/> <br /><br /><i>encece,</i> thanks for making it easy for us to drool.

Cool. 8) I've held the real thing, so I might have to try this and see how well it compares. It's funny, but something as simple as a rounded edge can really change the feel of a product. Or at least that's what I've noticed.

A great many people no longer care since the GSM version has been axed.

I am sure it will surface. Q seems to be a platform for Motorola, just like RAZR is.

That's not true. First, there was never a GSM version announced. Second, all Moto has said is that it will be CDMA on Verizon to start. They have also said that the Q is a flagship product (think RAZR) and will be treated as such. So I ask you this, did the RAZR come on on GSM, CDMA, with EDGE and HSDP all at the same time? No.

It looks like we will all be waiting a bit longer for the Q. My Verizon rep just told me it most likely will not be until April when we see it on the market. Apparently Motorola can't get it to meet Verizon's "strict standards."

Hmm..which means Verizon's test found out that the device has Bluetooth and it allows a laptop to use the Smartphone as a modem. It allows file sharing. It lets users install applications other than the one certified by Verizon.
