Contact Picture Questions ???

Ok, I'm pretty sure I remember reading this somewhere and forgive me if I'm posting in the wrong location, but you're supposed to be able to sync you Outlook contact pictures using activesync 4.1 and WM5.

However mine doesn't?

Any ideas or maybe I'm doing something wrong...settings???

It's pretty straight forward, but it's also pretty useless (http://www.smartphonethoughts.com/articles.php?action=expand,9849) :evil:

In Outlook, open a contact and click the photo button to select your picture of choice.

Sync your phone.

The next time you recieve a call or email from that contact you'll be see that picture! Now, if only the picture size was a little more useful.

Does your version of Outlook have contact pictures? I don't think it was supported before 2003.

Oh.... That's a good point. I'm not sure when it was added into Outlook.

Yes, I have Outlook 2003 SP2.
Yes, I have pictures already on some contacts.
I have synced the phone, still nothing on the device?

One more test I did...I put some pictures on my device in contacts that didn't have pictures on my Outlook 2003 just to see if it would sync from the device to the PC...nope. Still nothing?
