There are actually a few programs around that will do this, using your bluetooth WM Smartphone as a remote control for your PC. I tried out a few of these programs some months ago. The one I liked best was Puppetmaster, and I ended up buying it. It's pretty good, quite customizable, etc. (I don't recall the URL for its web site. I'm sure you can find it via Google or another search engine.) You can use the phone as a BT mouse as well with it, using the joystick of the phone.

I don't recall all the apps that I tried out, what their features were, how their features compared, and why I liked Puppetmaster the best, so I can't write a review. I'm pretty sure I tried out the one you mention. I would suggest trying out a few (they are all shareware, perhaps one or two are even freeware), to see which works best for your needs.
