hello yet again!
i swear, i've tried and tried to get my sp5m to act as a bluetooth modem for my ipaq 2750 with no positive results. I did the pairing between the two devices, does anyone have any idea what i could be doing wrong? i entered the number with the world code and without, still no luck, thanks. :lol:

Well, I don't have the 2750, but it works on my older 4150.

Make sure you set the phone to discoverable. Then from the ipaq's bluetooth manager, create a new connection, and it should find the dial-up profile on the SP5m. At some point it's going to ask you for a dialing string. It should be *99#
