This isn't a MiniSD card. You'll need a miniSD. I haven't really seen any 2GB miniSD cards - but then again, I haven't been looking.

At $22 shipping, I think I'd pass on that vendor.

I purchased one of the Topram 2GB miniSD cards from Ebay as described below. The shipping cost seemed high to me as well, but the total cost seems very reasonable. I don't even know where else to purchase a miniSD card of that size today - other than here:
http://www.computer-memory-store.com/lexar-2gb-mini-secure-digital.html

The only complaint I have is that some high-bitrate video (>400kbps) is choppy. I don't know if this is a problem with the processor, the app (WMP, TCPMP), or the card. Lower bitrate videos (~300kbps), music and installed apps perform well. I can't fit any of the higher bitrate clips into the phone memory.

I am very pleased with the product and the purchase. (I have no relationship to the folks at Topram.com) So far, 2GB means never seeing a storage full message. <vbg>

Must admit i got the Topram card too. Works fine in my K-Jam. I scoured the net and found that this seemed the best price even with the agravating shipping. Most places with decent shipping wnated more for the card so in the end the total was cheaper even with the 20 some bucks shipping.

I'm very tempted to go with an ATP 1 GB mini SD because of it's high speed and sturdy construction. Its rated at 150X according to the ATP website. You can get the ATP for around $70 to $75 shipped. I also found this A-Data 2 GB mini SD from newegg for $91 plus shipping. Its not as fast as the ATP but it has twice the capacity. From my time at Aximsite.com, I remember that ATP cards had some of the best read/write times of any SD card out there. I was almost set on buying the 1GB ATP until I found this. Has anyone tried either the A-Data or ATP cards with the 2125?

Well, I am using the Sandisk 2 gig card in my 2125, and it works fine so far. I was interested in the ATP one, but they don't make a 2 gig yet.

Cobrra, Good luck with the Sandisk. I have had nothing but trouble with a variety of Sandisk products and will never buy one again. I've had total card failures with CF cards, SD cards and most recently a Sandisk Cruizer, which fortunately, they replaced for me, as it was only 3 months old! I will pay a premium just NOT to own anymore Sandisk products!

hmm... odd, I have had all of those too, and none of them have failed. Maybe you shouldn't launder them. :)

I have a few favorite SanDisk failure stories of my own. Even when they replaced one it took them three months! They said due to high demand of their cards. I loved that one. I even enjoyed it more when I replied to that saying "oh yeah? then how come I see so many of your cards hanging from hooks in the stores?" Their customer service is the only thing worse than their cards.

I couldn't find anyone who had tried either of these cards in the 2125 but was more afraid of the A-Data card due to some posts I had read. I finally ordered the ATP 1GB card last week. It came today and seems to work fine. This card is supposed to be 150X and does seem fast in my card reader. It also seems to work fine in the phone. I got it from MWAVE.com for about $53.00 plus shipping. I know I will probably need a larger card at some point, but I didn't want to take a chance on the A-Data.

One thing that was really odd. The price range for this ATP card was as low as $52 to as high as $169. The best Ebay price I could find was still almost $18 higher than what I paid from MWave and that was with 2-day FedEx shipping.

I think it has to do with the processor - after all, it's only at 195MHz. Many PDAs (to contrast) start at 400MHz. Having said that, I've never seen a speed rating given for any MiniSD cards yet!

I would jump on a new card in a second - if they made made an adapter for MicroSD cards to work in miniSD slots. Unfortunately, they only seem to have Micro to SD adapters. :( There's a good chance that my next phone will be MicroSD so I don't see the point of investing in any more miniSD cards. :?

True, but there are 2 problems. First, keeping track of the "other" card - these things are tiny! Second, and more important, swapping cards on the 5600 and 2125 is a pain! You have to remove the case AND the battery to access the card slot. Even the Q isn't that great (at least, mine isn't), because the slot cover is wedged in there and hard to get out.

onlydarksets - very good points all.
The only other point is that most minis (at least the Kingston ones do) come with a SD size sleeve for using your existing card readers, etc. They also fit in the cases I have that have 2 premade SD slots in the case cover that hold the extra SD cards pretty well.
For my situation, the HP hardware (Hx4700 and Hw6945) have easy access to the card slots. Now if I can just change a mini card and get it in the that darn SD holder before I drop it down in the car seat

The Kingston mini cards come with an SD adapter. The micro isn't addressed.
The mini will fit into the Hw6945 single slot. The additional SD slot that was on the Hw6515 was removed to make room for the Wi-fi chip(?).
I need the mini to SD adapter for any card readers I have (builtin on my Desktop, and usb external at work/travel) to read/write the mini card anywhere.
I think when the minis first came out the adapter was an extra cost item. Now not so much.
