Hi All,

I have a T-Mobile SDA Windows 2003 smartphone. The error message appears when the phone is charging via USB Sync/charge cable and I get a call. I pull the cable out and try to hit the "accept" soft key or the talk hard key. Nothing happens. The phone keeps ringing but hitting either of those buttons will not let me answer the call.

Then, after about 6 rings, I get this error message "Unable to answer call". Afterwards, it shows a missed call.

To the caller, they hear normal ringing then either my voicemail like a normal missed call or a busy signal AFTER ringing.

This hasn't happened on my other non-windows phones, however it has happened on my Audiovox SMT5600.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated... I've tried hard resetting already and reinstalling any software... I actually don't have any 3rd party software other than:

BT Toggle
City Times
TCPMP Media Player
Unit Converter

This is making me miss calls and it's very annoying... thank you.

Check out this post (http://www.smartphonethoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=6319) I don't know if it's related or not, but it sounds the same to me.

You might also want to look at this post (http://www.smartphonethoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=7614) for changing the length of time the phone rings for. Adding another 10-15 seconds could do the trick.

Thanks Mike, but unfortuantely, even if I extend the length of time it still does not answer if it's been plugged into the charger. The call just rings longer, but I still cannot hit the "accept" button - either the soft or hard key.

Very frustrating!
