Help please re: GPRS settings for my 5600

I just purchased an audiovox 5600 (formerly Cingular locked) to use with my Cincinnati Bell service. It works beautifully but I cannot figure out the settings to enable GPRS service.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I usually use this site (http://www.taniwha.org.uk/gprs.html) but I don't see Bell listed under US. Are they part of a larger network?

no, they have their own network.

I have been playing around with some settings and reading other posts and believe that I may be close to a solution.
