The latest version supports Windows Mobile 5 for Smartphone, QVGA for Smartphone and VGA for Pocket PC, Pen emulation on the Pocket PC, and support for naming a shortcut in xbar. According to the developers website, version 3 of xBar is a major update, so the registration codes from version 2 will not work on the new version. The new version cost 6 Euros and is available directly from their website.

Well, I was hoping for an upgrade to fix the memory leaks that xBar 2 had and actually uninstalled it from my phone months ago after I discovered that I didn't have to restart my phone so often if it wasn't loaded.

I'll have to think long and hard about getting xBar 3 before I plunk down some additional cash.

I don't need 3 yet but I did install 2.6. I'll watch for the memory leak issue. I didn't realize they had a PPC version now.
