I used, and loved, the AX for a while. There were only a few minor flaws to it; slightly clunky design (the multifunction button would clank around), not the greatest battery life, and average range. So Nextlink, in their infinite innovation, designed the AX2. Everything about it looks like the original AX. To an unknowing consumer, they would be the exact same headset. The build and features is where the AX2 differs from the original AX."

I like reviews but the problem with headset reviews is they almost always seem to involve pictures of the device in some guys hairy ear. Reviewers please, when possible use a nice womans ear instead! Just in case you missed the last one here is another review of this very cool looking device.

Well, not everyone has access to a pretty woman's ear. ;) Where does one find an ear model anyway?

I really like my AX and I would love to buy an upgrade, but the new features just aren't enough for me to toss my old one aside. It still works great. So I think I'll have to wait a while longer. 8)
