This could be a silly question but i am not able to find a way to
disconnect from GPRS after i am done browsing. Closing IE
or clicking on the red phone button is not helping.

I still see the 'G' on top of bars to the right corner which indicates GPRS is active.

By the way any free app to count number of bites i am using on my gprs?

Thanks
Kal

There has been a lot of talk about this. It's my understanding that the G doesn't actually mean that you are sending or receiving any data. All it means it that there was a connection made. It may not currently be in use, and will eventually time out and close. :)

This is my experience. As far as I can tell no data is flowing even though the "G" is there unless of course a request was made.
