And while it's a little more money, Amazon also has it in stock:

I've noticed my Ipaq going nutz since I've done the 1gig. I'm wondering if they do in fact work as well as the recommended limit.

Sandisk doesnt exactly make the best cards on the block either. I had a 256k miniSD go bad. I waited 2 months for a replacement. They have lousy customer service.

I have a 1GB card in my iPAQ 4150 and I haven't had a single issue. I love it. As for the SMT5600, the 1GB card should work fine. One of the guys at MGN has tested his 1GB card in a 5600 and MPx220 without any problems.

The phone manufacturers only say 256 MB because that's the largest card available at the time of testing and they don't want to get stuck in a position of promising that a future capacity card will work when they don't already now it. (think memory stick and memory stick pro) I've been using a 512 MB card since mid January and I haven't had a single problem. 8)

Who makes the good ones? I need to get a gig replacement for my ipaq and I'd like to get a gig for my smt5600
