I haven't touched Pascal since my university days. Are there any Windows Mobile / Pascal fans out there?

yes ! similar 8)

I compiled this exemple with command line chrome compiler, not in Visual Studio !
Actually is not possible to create in Visual Studio, because the plugin do not have "ApplicationSmartDevice" profile for design ...

But, the Chrome command line compiler is very powerful :D

Oh no.... We're surrounded by Delphi guys. :worried: ;)

I've never used Delphi, but I've heard a lot of good comments regarding it. Is it based on Pascal?

I'm familiar with Delphi, I've jsut never used it. I 've supported and helped rollout many Delphi applications, and I use a couple of them every day. You Delphi guys are an extremely loyal bunch.

So Delphi is just Object Pascal eh? Maybe I should take a look at playing with it some day. :)

I grew up coding Pascal and C when I was a kid.

IIRC, Anders Hejlsberg was one of the brains behind the Turbo Pascal to Delphi product migration at Borland. You can see some of those Delphi concepts when you look at C# and the BCL.

Plus, it very handy that you can easily use the Borland Database Engine [BDE] to make database apps.
