Where to they land?
Mine are going into some crazy folder?
Is there a way to tell the phone where I want my files to go?

How are you putting these on your phone? Are you talking about downloading from the web, or transfering files using WMP? Or something else?

Downloading a file from the web. Let's say a ringtone from my ringtone locker or something.

Are you downloading it on your computer or on your phone? Sounds like you're downloading it to your phone. But that's just a guess.

Check the Storage / Windows / Profiles / Guest folder. Unless you're using Tweaks2k2 and have moved it to your storage card.
