Visto will also seek monetary damages as compensation for Smartner's illegal actions. Both companies offer secure push e-mail for mobile devices like Windows Mobile Pocket PC, Windows Mobile Smartphone and Symbian smartphones."</i><br /><br />We've talked about Smartner and their push technology in the past. Those of you that are using it seem to really like what it has to offer. It would be a shame to see its life cut short. Hopefully some middle ground can be found.
