Hey saw this phone on phonescoop and didnt know what your thoughts are? It isnt carried in the US yet but didnt know if you have heard anything from other forums

I havent done much research but I have been wondering the same thing and I have also been wondering where the key pad is? If I find anything I will let you know.

Kelly Griffin (I think ?) who was one of the hosts on E!'s red carpet Oscar coverage, had one of these stupid things. She kept pretending to talk to people on it... It was pretty stupid. Anyway, it look like the device slides open, but I didn't see a keypad. It's using that wheel, I think. It looks really awkward to use. :?

Can you say Industrial Design project that went astray?!! ... too much froo froo and little substance behind this design.

I respect the ID community, as one of my best friend is a full pledge IDSA guru. But clearly this Nokie phone is not making any statement among the IDSA folks ... insidiously tacky looking IMO.

Interesting thing here is as a group we sure have strong opinions about what a phone should look like. I agree it is freakish looking. Maybe we are the dinosaurs though. 8O

While I don't disagree with us being the dinasours, I do think we know a little more about style. I'm open to new designs, but ultimately it needs to be easy to use, and nice to look at. I get the feeling this is neither. :lol:

Mike, I couldnt agree with you more . . . i dont mind stylish phones but if it is hard to work then count me out :D
