Called the 'Peabody' platform, the phone will be able to do all the old tricks like record video, run Windows Media Player, or erase itself if stolen—just like that really smart dog from "Rocky and Bullwinkle," except it doesn't smell like old ham and Virginia Slims."</i><br /><br /><img src="http://www.smartphonethoughts.com/images/ms_peabody.jpg" alt="User submitted image" title="User submitted image"/><br /><br />Let me see if I have this right. They want to make cheap handsets that don't stink? Well at least they are being upfront about it. I could name another company that already makes cheap phones and charges way too much for them. Oh wait those do stink. Never mind.

man, don't get me started! cheap?? cheap phones that work or cheap phones that are supposed to work? erase itself if stolen? they've already implemented a self-destruct mechanism; the only problem is the phone will self-destruct when you least expect it. (forgive me, but this is part of my MPx220 therapy).
