ActiveSync via Bluetooth

Hi guys!

I live in one small country in central Europe, in Slovakia. My local mobile operator is ORANGE and I have smartphone SPV c500 (i-mate SP3i). Everything is look nice, but technical suppurt on Orange Slovakia is like how non-professional.
My problem is ActiveSync conectivity via Bluetooth.
Inbound port on SPV is active, PC verify service (serial port), but ActiveSync is still dumb. Check all ports (too my), but non possitive reaction.

Will you help me?

Yes, and the key is: phone discovers computer, not the other way around. When I first got my phone, I spent hours banging my head against the wall until I finally figured this out.
