No Connection with PC

Hi@all
my pc doesn't connect any more with my smartphone(sda.music), i've already done many hard resets but it will not work.
it doesn't work with activesync 3.7.1 and 3.8.probably there is an further program i don't know...
if anybody do sth know please answer me.

We'll need more information to help you. Do you get an error? How far does the process get before it stops? Are you Sync'ing over Bluetooth or a cable? What OS are you running on your PC, and have you changed or installed anything recently?
