Does anyone know how I can get around this problem: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HA011127891033.aspx

Whenever I sync my notes, that box pops up asking to allow/deny access. Is there a way to stop this?

Some info: I'm currently using the demo version of Smartphonenotes on my MPx220.

So far I really like Smartphonenotes but if this issue keeps happening, I can't see myself using the software...

Thanks for any help.

I wish there was. Maybe somebody has figured something out. I use that note program too. It looks like the only way is for the software vendor to work it out with MS. BTW you only get that popup if there are updates. If nothing has changed there is no popup.

If there was a way around it, I think the virus writters would have found it by now.

Thanks for the info, I'll keep playing with the trial to see how often i really do edit my notes, if I don't edit that often and i just view, then maybe i look at purchasing the program.

What other notes programs are available to try?

There is also PhatNotes (http://www.phatware.com/index-products.html#phone) which I like alot but it needed an update for 2003 SE if I recall correctly. It's worth looking at though.
