Three months ago I ported my number from Verizon to Cingular. Since then I can't manage my account on-line. It won't let me register. I've been fighting with Cingular for the three months with no resolve. I was just wondering if anyone else has this issue, and how they got it resolved.

If CS on the phone won't help you, go to a Cingular store and ask them. If you go to a store with "friendly" associates they will call CS while you are there and resolve the issue for you. This way your in someones face till the issues is resolved.

I have the same problem and was told it's because I have combined billing. Cingular on Bellsouth phone bill.
