i700 - 3 strikes

my first i700 had a memory problem, (locked up), the second phone got stuck on hands free mode, my third phone's screen started jiggling so bad that I couldn't hardly read it. (but the phone still worked) thank god for the 'big' key pad.

today I've spent 3 hours arguing with verizon on replacement. and their on-hold message says "your problem is our problem" yea right.

Verizon sure likes that worry free guarantee. Must be working really good for them. :lol:

wch, what did Verizon do for you? How did it work out. I have had difficulty talking to the right person about my phone at Verizon. Did you get it replaced?
