Hello. Does anyone have experience buying the Motorola MPX220 from www.tigerdirect.com I see they are selling an unlocked version.

If you have bought one from them, what version of the ROM is it?
If it is a older version, how have did you get it upgraded?

TigerDirect is selling them now too?? Wow. I'm really beginning to like them. They have some of the best Flash memory prices in Canada. :)

But to answer your question, no. I haven't heard of anyone buying it from TD. Is it a Cingular branded version? If so, Cingular should be able to replace it with the latest ROM, if it happens to be anything but.
