Can you not access the internet over GPRS via BT on a PDA?

I've got the Audiovox SMT5600 and a Dell Axim X50v and thought I'd be able to connect them via BT and access the internet on my Axim over the GPRS of the phone, but I can't seem to figure it out. Is this not possible?

I tried everything I could think of to get a MPx 220 to be a bluetooth modem for my HP 2215 Pocket PC with know luck. And posted here about it and I got no solutions yet. I can get them to pair up fine but can't connect either by dialing my dial-up account or using GPRS.
