Currently, TravelTalk supports translations from English to Spanish, German, French and Italian. TravelTalk comes preloaded with hundreds of useful phrases such as "Where is the nearest bank", "I am lost", "How much do I owe you?" etc. Each phrase includes the correct translation and pronunciation guide, thus making it very easy to a read aloud when needed. All supported languages are part of the same standard package, and you do not have to purchase any extra dictionaries or lists."

I have zero knowledge of other languages, and my English skills aren't the best either! I was lucky enough to play with the beta of this application, and I have to say it's really nice. I was able to find and say things in French that my wife could understand! I had her take a look, at the application, and she was very impressed at accuracy of the translations. If you travel or are often trying to bridge the language barrier with others, you should check out TravelTalk. Two Peaks has decided that the Pocket PC version and the Smartphone version can share the same license. Which means you get both versions for the price of one! You can download the trail version, or purchase a copy for $14.95 here. TravelTalk supports 2002, 2003, and 2003SE devices.
