Next time you sync your phone with your computer, just copy your ringtones, and paste them into \Storage\Application Data\Sounds using Windows Explorer.

That's it. Now you're ready to have fun.

thanks but every time i try to put a song on their it tells me the file is to big what do i do, how can i make wav files smaller or cut my wav file in size?
what programs do i use?

I just went over to Download.com and did a search for Edit Wav. I found this tool that's free, and has a pretty good user rating.

Again, I've never used it. All I know is that it was returned in my search at download.com.
