One program is called the client and the other the server. The server program is Pocket Control PC - PC and always runs on a PC. The client one is a device-dependent program that runs on a remote device. When both programs are run and connected, the remote user can send commands to the PC which are then executed."</i><br /><br /> <img src="http://www.smartphonethoughts.com/images/Temporale-20040831-ControlPCSmartShot_2.jpg" alt="User submitted image" title="User submitted image"/> <br /><br />Currently there is mouse, scroll, and keyboard support, but there is lots of room to add to this. If you have a feature suggestion, or would like to help out on development, I'm sure Kingherc would love to hear from you. You can download a copy from the web site above. It's a free program and it requires devices with Smartphone 2003 on them to run.

It would be great if the Salling Clicker (http://homepage.mac.com/jonassalling/Shareware/Clicker/) worked on the Windows Mobile Smartphone.

It's a mature app that lets your control a number of applications on your Mac from many different cell phones. I use it with my iBook and Sony Ericsson T630 to run Powerpoint presentations, iTunes, and remote the mouse.

That's the sort of functionality that Pocket Control PC should be looking at IMHO

Wow, that's one sweet application! 8O I'm often amazed at how cool applications are on the Mac platform...it's like the platform attracts all the most creative devleopers, even if there are less of them.

I agree. I've only been using a Mac as my main computer for a few months and I can't see myself returning to Windows any time soon As well as the great apps you can get it took me far less time to get my iBook up and running than any PC I ever owned and other than MS Office, all the stuff I needed was included in the bundle. Incluiding great games, iMovie, iTunes, PDF writing, etc

By the way, to get back on topic, I posted on Salling Clicker at my site a little while ago. You can read what I had to say here (http://www.thepdaguy.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?p=196#196). It's on my to-do list for a more in depth review.
