Lock & phone icon? How to get rid of?

I remember someone noted this a while back, but I forgot how to get the icon of the phone/lock off the home screen. Since doing the Windows update, the phone with the lock is back.

Yeah, what is it? It looks like an "unlocked phone" icon, and it's always there for no good reason :)

If you go to Settings/Call Options and uncheck the "Notify me when voice privacy is available". Have no clue what voice privacy is, but if you uncheck that box it disappears from the Home Screen.
