Windows Mobile 2003 Software Upgrade: too many upgrades! :)

Apparently, the Windows Mobile 2003 upgrade was way more popular than Verizon anticipated.

Has anyone been having better luck? The Samsung Ugrade tool still won't load the IMG file. Thus, I have downloaded all the drivers and tools, but still cannot upgrade because Smith Micro doesn't have the server capacity/band width to support the download of the 23MB IMG file.
Any different experiences?
