I just bought a new MPX-200 that I plan to flash with the 2003 OS so I can test my apps on a 2003 device (I am a developer).
The phone didn't come with a SIM card, but I have a test SIM card that worked to enable a SPV-E200 loaner frm Microsoft.
But, if I place this test SIM card in the mpx200, I get this error message:
"This phone only accepts SIMs from specific networks, and has been blocked contact your customer service center for the unblock code".
It then asks the "Unblock code:", and "New Password:", and "Re-Type New Password:".
Does anyone have any idea how I can get this phone working, just to test apps (radio function not needed)?
Do I have to contact AT&T? If, so what wording should I use to have the best chance of them giving me the unblock code?
Any help will be greatly appreciated :)
