Huh? Do they want to be paid to get one? T-Mobile has it for free tomorrow at least. I bet Car Toys has it for a penney. I can find numerous deals on the web for one cent.

Yeah.....and here in Canada you can get it from Rogers for $250.00 outright! No contract!!

I just got one of these last Saturday. I made my decision based on several reviews similar to this one. The thing is, there are several errors in the review.

1. Headphones - There were no headphones in the box. Nothing! Really?!? This is supposed to be a Media device.
2. The colored backs that all the reviewers are enamored with are not available from t-mobile in the US. You won't find them at their stores nor their website.
3. Gorilla Glass no way. The front cover on mine has to be polycarbonate.
4. Construction? I guess this is open to debate but mine seems solid. There is no noticeable flex, no creaking or squeaking when trying to flex the case.
