From what I can tell, it uses your Smartphone or Pocket PC Phone Edition to send SMS messages via the desktop (and ActiveSync I would presume). It allows you to delete SMS messages from your phone as well. You'll need to have the .Net framework installed on your PC, which you can get from the Windows Update site. Anyone tried this tool yet?
