Got someone on the inside checking out if this is a miniSD or a real SDIO device. The initial thought was that it was like the 200 - which means SDIO - oh please please please....

According to this contact - June-ish is the release time for the phone....

It looks like the contest is over April 30th. Maybe that gives some indication as to the release date of the 220. I sure hope it is soon, or I'm going to have to get a V600 or something....

Maybe the mpx220 won't suck like the mxp200. i have a dumbphone, not a smartphone. i miss my tmobile pocket pc which was much smarter, more functional, and had/has many more applications available. i mean how smart is a phone that doesn't allow financial as well as most other necessary apps to be performed/conducted. it really limits you when you can't run a spreadsheet, work on a doc, have fonix voice alert tell you your next appointment or what time it is, the list goes on and on. please moto, give us a decent mpx220...and how about a trade-in of my old mpx200???
