These agreements demonstrate Sierra Wireless' continued commitment to deliver innovative wireless solutions to the European marketplace. The new Voq Professional Phone, a pocketable Microsoft Windows Mobile(TM) based SmartPhone developed by Sierra Wireless, is expected to be commercially available in selected countries in the second quarter of 2004."<br /><br />What I found really interesting was the following quote: "Powered by an Intel(R) Xscale(R) processor, the Voq Professional Phone is based on <b><i>Microsoft Windows Mobile(TM) 2003 software</i></b> and offers a rich telephony experience with the addition of a unique flip-open QWERTY thumbpad." When the Voq was first announced it was a 2002 based device. Looks like Sierra decided they better release a more current version, and that's nice to see. :)<br /><br />There is also news this morning that Sierra has partnered with THBBury to deliver the Voq Professional Car kit.
