When I called Verizon this morning, to tell them about the way I found to log in to Hotmail (http://www.smartphonethoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=5072), their level 1 tech support said that they didn't know anything about the phone, and that I should call Samsung.
Samsung's i600 tech support number is 888-987-4357.
And in case someone needs it, Verizon has a direct line to their "level 2" tech support, which is 866-890-2357... the i600 is handled by the "Mobile Office" group - choice 3 on the menu I think.
They actually had found a way to get some people logged in by going through MSN Money on the smartphone, but it only worked sometimes. I gave them the new method I posted last night, and they're going to send an email to all the level 2 techs (and hopefully an email to the level 1 techs reminding them that Verizon DOES, in fact, support the i600 directly ;-)
