How Irrational Are You About Your SmartPhone?

Or if you do express a positive opinion about your phone be prepared for the onslaught of vitriol from those that don't own the same phone. At least that is the warning from Marco of Marco.org and Instapaper fame. Can't say I don't agree with him, people are very protective about their particular phone, and I have to agree with him on why: people don't like to be told that they are wrong and if you dis their phone you are basically telling them they have made the wrong choice. What are your thoughts?</p>

Windows Phone is lumped in with Dumbphones and Other??? I'm incensed. :mad:

I've done smart phones for sometime - in the begining I considered myself an evangilist (not a fanboy) for the platform I was toting. Starting out with a Audiovox Thera (windows mobile + phone) - thru various windows phones. I dumped windows and migrated to 3 different iPhones (2,3&4), to my now current "fav" android. I also am teathered to a blackberry for work.

I was stoked about android because of the promise of being able to update to the something more current for 18 months. I am very disapointed that this never came true. I love the Infuse - but I hate Samsung for stringing us on about honey comb and dont have any hope it will be running ICS before I upgrade to something newer.

BTW - I hate my blackberry and don't understand how people get adicticted to it.
