Contacts Functionality

I have the mxp200 and recently purchased an SD Card. How can I move my Contacts info to the Card and what is the file name?

From page 125 of the manual (http://www.motorola.com/mdirect/manuals/MPx200_Manual_eng.pdf):

To copy entries to the SIM or phone memory
• Press Menu, select Import/Export and press Action, select
Contacts->SIM and press Action to copy the phone entries to the
SIM memory. Select SIM->Contacts and press Action to copy the
SIM entries to the phone memory.
• When the above function is selected, press Menu, select Select
All and press Action to select all entries. Select Unselect All and
press Action to clear all checks. Press Start to start to copy entries
to another location.

Opps, just realized you said SD card and not the SIM card. Not sure that you can copy contacts to a SD card.

I had copied my contacts over to the SIM Card and was hoping for a method to copy to an SD Card.
