Stupid question - how do you use the themes? What folder do you download to so you can chose it as your home theme?

Copy the skin file to your phone in the \ISPM\Application Data\Home folder then use the left soft key for programs and select settings. Select option 4 for Home Screen and change the Home screen layout to the name of the skin you just copied. You will need to change Color scheme and Background image to Default

Click Done

I put them in that folder, but they don't show up in the list on the phone...?

Poking around the phone, I went through Explorer, selected the file, it said *.hme was successfully installed on my device and then the theme changed. I had to do this for each file I downloaded, and then it was available in the list of options under Home Screen.

Sorry, as you have discovered .hme extension files (not all home screens are .hme ) need to be installed like you would a .cab file.
