remove programs

I have installed and removed some programs on my smartphone. When I go to remove programs I can still see the titles but cannot remove them.

When you say you "can't remove them", what do you mean? When you select the one you want to remove and click on the action button, what happens?

I know the programs are removed but the titles are still there. When I press the action button it says the program cannot be removed.
