Once you have the results, you can schedule the date and time that best suites the most recipients. Tentative dates are displayed on Outlook or Google Calendar, and now can also be <a href="http://blog.doodle.com/english/2011/12/15/doodle-launches-ical-connector-for-mac-users/" target="_blank">displayed in iCal</a>. Once the date is decided all tentative dates go away. We use this where I work and it is pretty slick, and makes organizing a meeting between people with varying shifts and/or schedules a breeze. It's also free so that's a bonus.&nbsp;</p>
