http://www.digitalmediathoughts.com

With the forthcoming launch of Digital Media Thoughts, I wanted to ask a question to those of you who are as into digital media as I am: where do you go for your daily fix? I'm looking to form cooperative partnerships with the digital media community in the same way I have with Pocket PC Thoughts and Smartphone Thoughts. The problem is, I'm having a hard time finding sites that do what we do here.

dpreview.com is a site I visit often for digital photography, but I haven't found any good sites for digital audio and digital video, the other two areas of focus we'll be covering on Digital Media Thoughts. So, suggestions?

AV Science Forum http://www.avsforum.com/ may not be exactly what you're looking for, but I've found it useful on occasion. They have a pretty good forum on home theatre PCs among other things.

dvspot.com
camcorderinfo.com

These are the 2 best ones that I was able to find when I was looking to purchase a camera early this year. Settled on a Canon 100MC. Boy I love Canon cameras/digicams/camcorders!

By the way Jason...how do you like your Fujitsu Lifebook? That looks like one sweet machine!

I like www.doom9.org for DVD ripping related news. Helped me got movies playing on my Pocket PC.

I've been spending an obscene amount of time lately at http://www.avsforum.com/. So much to learn about DVDs and HDTVs and whatnot.
