After all the excitement a week or two ago does anyone have an update on Verizon putting out the Samsung i600?
Haven't seen anything lately.

Thats what I'd like to know.!!!
Nothing has been said in any sort of an official way yet, but there is speculation over at Howard Forums that the i600 may be released on November 3rd, which coincides with the release of new calling plans.
Waiting patiently, or trying to...

As of today...the 2 Verizon stores near me did not receive shipment yet.
On rep said that most stores receive shipments on Mondays and Wednesdays and he is expecting Monday.

Encece - did it sound promising, like the phones are really coming out this week?
Just played with the new iPAQ 4150 - just when I thought I didn't want a PDA anymore.........

Given my source....Store Reps. I wouldn't bet on it. But the fact that they are knowledgeable that the phones exist and that they know they are coming soon is promising.
I dont even have to explain what the phone is anymore. :D

I stopped by my local verizon store (boston, boylston st) this morning and they said they had the display unit, but they could not find it. In addition, they told me that they only knew that the phone would be out sometime this quarter.
not much help, but its all i have.
