Crazy problem with SMS email - one can't be found/deleted

I have one unread SMS email I can't find/delete. What is the deal - I have checked everywhere on the phone and can't figure out where the problem is.

Maybe you can clear the indicator by having someone send you a message.

To remove the Phantom SMS...there are a few ways.

1) You can hard reset your phone.

2) Rename your cemail.vol to cemail.vo
Your phone will lockup. Remove the battery and replace. Your SMS will be gone. Unfortunately so will all of your other messages that are on the phone.

3) Here's a thread on Modaco that explains how to remove the Phantom SMS without losing all of your messages.
