Unfortunately, this means you have to restore all of your applications, settings, and customizations. In our forums, Mitch Waite <a href="http://www.smartphonethoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=3945">posted</a> the step-by-step process he uses to reset and restore his <a href="http://www.ppcw.net/shop/imate_ppct.php">PPCW.Net i-Mate</a> Smartphone. Hopefully it won't be much longer before somebody releases a backup utility, but until then this serves as a good guide or checklist to use when you are forced to do a hard reset.
