Is there a ^ symbol on the Smartphone? I need to enter it to get a stock symbol (^IXIC = NASDAQ) and I can't see it anywere even in the manual.

Well on my Red E smartphone...if u hold down the # key for a secord or two...brings up special character map...and u can select the ^ from this list...its on 4th row..4th column..

Thanks that was all I had to do on the i-mate. Weird I could not find it in the manual. But thanks again.

Is there a way to insert a carrige return line feed in a text screen? I want to change the order of the menus using regedit and I can't seem to figure out how to insert a new .lnk above the first four in the list.

Carriage Return : Pressing the joystick down the center should do it...thats how I put CRs in emails/SMS

The Links order thingy...havent messed around with it...let me see if I can find something...

and it seems that the first 4 items are fixed and its position/link cannot be changed :-(
