Is there a way to sync the notes attached to tasks in outlook onto a SmartPhone? It seems impossible on the embedded software so any suggestions re 3rd party software would be appreciated.

Not sure if it will do exactly what you want or not, but the best third-party task application out there seems to be the new PowerTasks from DeveloperOne. See this link - http://smartphonethoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=3858

I've seen this posted before and don't understand because if I look at the task on my smartphone, the notes are right there. You have to open the task first by pressing the action button. Have you tried this?

Developer One's Power Tasks is a Great Program for the Smartphone! Mandetory in my opinion to alleviate the missing functionality in the built in version.

SmartphoneNotes is a great program as well, to sync Outlook Notes with the Smartphone...a program TOTALLY missing form the phone.
